Jill joined the SureGrow team in 2000. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and her horses.

Chief Executive Assistant

Cindy joined the SureGrow team in 2003.  Cindy worked in banking and business. She enjoys the agricultural industry and supports the Texas Beef Council by being a member of the Texas Beef Team. She is a marathon runner and a triathlete. Cindy is married with two sons and five grandchildren.

Administrative Assistant

Barbi joined the SureGrow team in December of 2018. When she is not working, she enjoys watching her two daughters with their outdoor sports activities.

Heidi joined the SureGrow team in August of 2020. She has been in retail for 25 years, 20 of those years were in management. She has been married to Michael Lawrence for 26 years. They have two children, Lanie & Sean, who both attend Comanche ISD. Her hobbies include reading and listening to music.

Dispatcher

Terry joined the SureGrow team in 2014.  Terry started out working for Ronnie Stephens for 3 years then moved on to Ingram’s Enterprises.  Terry was with Ingram’s for 20 years, 13 years of which he was the dispatcher.  His hobbies include farming, raising cattle, camping and watching the grandkids play sports.

Weldon joined the SureGrow team in 2000. He has 43 years of experience in the fertilizer field. In 1981 Weldon began working for Willard Grain. He held positions throughout the company while working his way to becoming a sales representative. Weldon brings a vast amount of knowledge from his experience in the trucking and fertilizer industry to SureGrow. Weldon’s hobbies include fishing, hunting, and going to high school football games.

Jimmy joined the SureGrow team in 2016. Jimmy graduated from Texas A&M University with his Bachelor of Science. Jimmy Schulz has over 35 years of experience in the Agricultural Industry, and he’s putting that experience to work with SureGrow in ag and industrial sales and service. Jimmy is married to Karen who owns and operates Schulz Insurance Agency, has two sons, two daughters in law and one granddaughter and is a member of River Pointe Church.

Dave joined the SureGrow team in 2020. He is the Operations Manager and Sales. Dave retired from 27 years of service in the US Army as a Colonel. Dave is married and has 4 children. His family owns the local beer garden and event center that also has lodging accommodations. His hobbies include spending time with his family and hunting.

Kyler joined the SureGrow team in 2018. Prior to that, he worked on the family farm. He sells Pioneer Seed, as well as fertilizer and Ag chemicals. Kyler enjoys farming, ranching, and spending time with his family.

Brad joined the SureGrow team in 2013. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University. He grew up in a farming, ranching and cotton ginning family. Brad spent the next 31 years working at another ranching and farming operation then he joined Coffey Forage Seeds where he was the Production manager for 15 years. His hobbies include live music and dancing.

Keith joined the SureGrow team in February of 2019. He was raised on cotton, peanut, sorghum and watermelon farming in Plains, TX. Keith graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Ag Education from Texas Tech then moved back to Plains where he started his own farming business as well as a crop consulting business. His hobbies include raising Brangus cattle.
